How do I register for this service? What do I need to access this service?
To apply, you may contact CIMB At-Your-Service at +65 6333 7777 to request for a 6 digit Activation Code which will be sent to your registered mobile number within 1 working day.
Alternatively, you may visit any of our branches to apply and you will be issued with the Activation Code instantly.
You will receive a Welcome SMS informing you that your mobile number has been registered to Clicks. You may then perform your First Time login via www.cimbclicks.com.sg using your 6 digit Activation Code and will be prompted to choose your CIMB Clicks ID and password which you will use for your subsequent logins to CIMB Clicks Internet Banking.
How can I view my CIMB Malaysia accounts via CIMB Clicks Singapore?
You need to link your Malaysia accounts before you can view them on www.cimbclicks.com.sg. You may find the “Link My CIMB Malaysia A/C” option on the left navigation panel of the CIMB Clicks website after login.

I got an error message indicating that my password is incorrect. What shall I do?
You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your password. Please retry by keying in your correct CIMB Clicks ID and password again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your Internet Banking access will be suspended to safeguard you against unauthorised access. Contact Us if you need any assistance.
What shall I do if I have forgotten my CIMB Clicks ID or password?
Should you forget your CIMB Clicks ID, you may click here to recover your ID. If you have forgotten your CIMB Clicks password, you may click download and mail the completed CIMB Clicks Internet Banking Service Request form to us. The Bank will send you an Activation Code via mail within 5 business days.
